Will a Pit bike exhaust make a Tillotson 225 faster?
Installed a pit bike exhaust on the Tillotson 225-powered Mega Moto 212 minibike to see if there would be any difference in performance from the PLV exhaust.

I like these better than an RLV for sound, easier on my ears that I have beaten to h*** over the years. I have days they are very sensitive to that raspy high pitch, like an RLV or open pipe can give off. I have a cheapy black one for my bike to try, few more days.

You can take a Chinese 49 cc Simi auto 4 speed pitbike engine take out the piston connecting rod cylinder head flywheel make a cover where cylinders bolted up put a gear where flywheel was hook up your 6 5 or what ever side engine you want to it I've done this for years even put the engine on top of the reengineered trans works great if you have the room and you can use a Simi automatic or a cluch same way even reverse if needed from a small 4 wheel

You're looking at the wrong style of engine if you want gears like that. GY6 might fit in there however.

My Tillotson 225cc will go 59 mph, which is in my Coleman CT200U-EX and it's heavier then a Mega Moto is, if I'm not mistaken, and I bet I weigh more than you do, so I'm surprised it doesn't go faster.

Hey black. My Coleman 196 has a rev limiter. What coil would you suggest to get rid of this? I have a few different coils. Do the predators have this. I’ve been looking around and can’t find a absolute answer to what coil (stock) doesn’t have the limiter

im running a mag light on my 3stage so i guess that makes it a stage 10 lol magnum force the Dbattery one if u gut it its perfect fit and u can unscrew the bezel ect i got a vid coming soon lmao
