10 Reasons Why Christians Will Go Through the Great Tribulation
God’s people have experienced times of intense persecution and trial. Therefore, it should not be surprising that the church also experienced the Great Tribulation of the end times. In relation to this, we distinguish “Satan’s wrath” (or “man’s wrath”) from “God’s wrath” in the book of Revelation. Satan’s wrath is directed against the saints, and God allows it as a means of purifying His faithful. On the other hand, God’s wrath is poured out on the Antichrist and his godless kingdom, and God will protect His people from that punishment.

0:00 - Intro
1:49 - 1. It’s a new popular doctrine that wasn’t held by the church for over 1,800 years.
2:30 - 2. Pretribulationism splits the return of Jesus Christ into two “phases”-the Rapture and the Second Coming-whereas the Bible does not teach that.
3:54 - 3. The pretribulation view teaches that the Holy Spirit will be removed from the church but it’s the fact that there will obviously be saints in the Tribulation.
5:07 - 4. The first resurrection happens right before the thousand-year reign of Christ, not before the tribulation.
7:10 - 5. Passages refer to Jesus saving us from wrath at the final judgment, not to Him saving us from a seven-year Tribulation, experienced by a single generation.
11:01 - 6. Nowhere does the Bible say that the churches in Revelation speak of church ages or that the Church of Philadelphia was raptured from trouble.
13:51 - 7. The church is not mentioned during the tribulation chapters in Revelation, nor is the Church mentioned in visions of heaven in the book of Revelation.
15:59 - 8. Daniel’s 70 sevens deals with Israel but it doesn’t say that the church will not be present during the trials that Israel will go through.
16:53 - 9. Old Testament examples of Noah and Lot don’t prove that God will take us out of the world during the tribulation.
18:20 - 10. The Marriage Supper of the Lamb will be taking place after the great tribulation.

There will be three events, a: 1) pre-Tribulation Rapture (Luke), 2) mid-Tribulation Rapture (Mark), 3) and Second Coming of Jesus Christ (Matthew). God wants to rescue you.

Does a rapture event mean 'a 'coming'? Does anyone tackle the mid-trib prophesy of the angel and the little book, that could imply a rapture event is sweet, but the feeling is bitter for those who still have to face 'the wrath'. We obviously have to find out if any 'Worthy' are taken first, followed by revival at the last trumpet (mid), and finally the remaining repentant before the coming of the Lord. Noah and Lot was not the end of the church age. The end of days could mean a process by which the chaff are sifted according to our endeavours. (Three strikes). Argument aside belief makes it at some point.

Pastor Vlad, i think that your eschatology is premised within your soteriology which has a heavy leaning on Armenian theology. Well if you believe that Jesus’ redemptive work on the cross is not enough for salvation and man’s responsibility weighs more than God’s sovereignty, you will teach people that they have to work out their salvation with fear and trembling through the purging of the Great Tribulation as God pours out his wrath, in order to be deemed worthy of Christ’s free gift of salvation. If Christ’s words are explicit, that one will be taken away and one will be left behind, and suffer through the great tribulation. Who are those that will be taken away?

But if Christ’s sacrifice is sufficient for the salvation of those who believe, and that God’s sovereignty weighs heavier than man’s responsibility to secure our eternal redemption, your opinion of purging through the great tribulation makes no sense.

I believe Christians will go through some tribulation, especially for those of us in the West who have had an easy trib-free lives. It's easy to be a Christian in good times. The Bible says that some will fall away from the faith. I believe this is that time. God will want to know who will be true to Him or who will fall. Be Job strong!

I have always felt in my heart since I got saved at 18 (I am now 70) that we will go through the tribulation although most that I fellowship with believe in pre tribulation. All I say is keep your lamps trimmed at all times and be ready when our Redeemer returns! He will keep those whose hearts are longing for His appearing!!!🙏❤️

We are protected from the judgments not the antichrists persecution. Chances are likely you'll watch your loved ones heads be chopped off before they chop yours off. Whats the difference between a tribulation Saint and the bride if there is no pre tribulation rapture. Why would God rapture us at the end just to bring us back down with him? Why does it say that we are at the alter in white robes when the seals are opened? Why does it say John saw the souls of them that were slain for his name if it says we were changed in the twinkling of an eye as we went up? The answers are because revelation skips around in time and there is a pre tribulation rapture. One we meet him in the clouds and at the end he comes on a white horse with a 2 edged sword in his mouth and his feet hit the mount of olives. 2 different accounts.

@@ChristDynasty they are the same. The Antichrist is part of his wrath and judgement, which he did not appoint us to and is clearly stated in the Bible. Current (and true believers ) will not be here for the great tribulation. Remember, God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He saved Noah from the flood, and removed Lot before he judged Sodom and Gomorrah.

There will be people who will be truly saved during the tribulation period, but that will be after the church is taken up out of the world. They will suffer and most will die, but they will go home to be with the Lord.

I have been praying to remember me and my loved ones when the rapture comes as what our church and many famous speakers preach. But in my heart, it says, i am praying wrong. I have been studying the bible and I am convinced that Christians will go through the great tribulation. You've been praying wrong, because like Vlad, you don't understand that God is a farmer and farmers like him want to gather the most amount of good crops they have if possible. The Rapture takes all of his good crops and leaves behind his bad crops. So, the bad crops will be farmed and transformed from the sudden romaval of the good crops. They either become good or rot away in the new environment, after they witness the greatness, power, and the absence of God. There are definite biblical arguments for both sides. God does put in our spirit the things He wants to say to us, so you may be hearing from God, always get confirmations though. I remember reading Hal Lindsey's book and watching the Left Behind series. I used to think the church would be raptured before tribulation. This teaching of post trib seems more in line with scripture. Also, I think the church will hopefully be able to minister to the unbelievers during this time and lead them to Jesus. Don't know when, but I know it will happen. If I am alive I want to be strong in my faith. I believe God will protect His people.

I was going to start looking into home churches because my husband and I haven't been involved in a church since we left an Apostate church. We live in an area where the NAR church ( Bethel ) sister churches got into the other churches but they were already teaching the Pre tribulation rapture so we couldn't be involved anymore. The anger people have towards us ,I know it's fear. People have believed it so long and we did to but during the pandemic we saw Mathew 24 like we never saw it before. We will be delivered from the hour of testing that is about to come upon the whole world, but the question this pastor is raising is “how.” Will we be physically removed or spiritually protected? Until I listened to him, I believed in the pre-tribulation rapture of the church. I’m not necessarily saying I don’t believe in it now. What I am saying is that the body of evidence in the church points to our going through tribulation in our bodies. We overcome the church of Satan by the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony and we do not love our lives even unto death. For me personally, at this point I feel a little better that I will potentially be here. Why? Because I don’t want to leave those I love who have not yet come to faith during the most trying time on earth. Also the Lord told me my story would be used to encourage those going through the Great Tribulation. Do I have to be here to tell it? No. But I can’t face greater tribulation than I have already faced in this life. There is no pain so deep as that of feeling as though you are dying and being eternally cut off from God - soul death. That is what I experienced as a child at the hands of satanists. Jesus was there at the time but I didn’t see Him. What did He say to heal me, to protect me, to restore me, to raise me back to life. He said, “I was with you at the time and I didn’t want you to see what you saw (a child sacrifice) or experience what you experienced. I wanted you sitting on My lap, looking into My eyes, covered by My wing, hidden by My robe, because I was going into the fire for you. I was going to die for you and for the little girl. I am not restricted by time or space. I am the same yesterday, today and forever. We can go back and you will know that you know I was with you.” When we went back and I cried out, “Oh God help me I’m dying,” He said, “Tabitha arise.” And I did arise with a big portion of that pain healed. And yes, I have known that I know is with me through every danger, toil and snare that have come since: 30 more years here on earth. I’m 71 and He’s assured me I won’t be here one day longer than I need to be, but one of the deep desires He placed on my heart is to testify to the truth of Christ until I draw my last breath. Rev 3:7-13 please also read the message of the Lord in context. Not just v10 and you'll know why the Lord said those things in v10. If you don't want to read , I'll just leave these questions to you: 1. Why did the Lord said that this church is weak? 2. To whom they did not deny His name? 3. Who are these that claimed to be Jews, and what is the synagogue of Satan? 4. Why the Lord said to "hold fast"? 5. The Lord will give His rewards to the "overcomers". What must you overcome? Please read the context. 6. The Lord always ends His message by saying, "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the CHURCHES." Why must 'our' ears only hear one message to the church of Philadelpia? There are seven churches, and the Lord gave those messages to those who have "ears." Let us not have selective hearing and sight. 🙏 Lastly, the phrase "He's coming like a thief" is for the sons of destruction, the bible is clear about that. God has given us the signs so we won't we surprised at His coming. This is not to argue with you, but to please, please read the passages the way God wants us to read them for they are for our own good. @@storozha777 Jesus did say you may not know the exact date but you should be able read the signs of the times, when all of these terrible things seem to happen at once. I personally do not believe in the rapture…I think there is a big misunderstanding in the Christian community in regards to the passage and it’s the wrong interpretation. I would love if the rapture was real and that following and loving Christ was enough for us to be saved from that persecution but I don’t think so. St Paul and St. John do talk about the Antichrist persecuting Gods faithful till the point of death. So many Christian’s now are being executed/martyred for their faith in the Middle East and no one talks about. There isn’t any rapture for them and I don’t believe there will be for anyone else. Best to keep your soul in a state of grace cause none of us know the hour when God will call us back home.

I receive hate for sharing my testimony. My testimony is one of faith. No matter what we are facing God will give us strength to over come. Even though every month I struggle to pay rent and I struggle to buy groceries for my children. I keep faith. I’m ashamed and discouraged. These past three years have been hard on me. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus. As a single mom I’m overwhelmed. My sons are autistic and have problems with social communication and interactions but they are thriving now that I’m homeschooling them. Due to me homeschooling them my hours to work are limited like my finances. I’m constantly in fear of homelessness. But I STILL TRUST IN YOU LORD. Faith over fear!

Please watch the rapture and Revelation series by pastor Allen Nolan who does a beautiful job of literally breaking the word down verse by verse, word by word, using the interpretation of the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic scriptures and explaining how even the cultural meanings affect what the word of God means. He’s the pastor who helped me to understand the Bible, especially the books of Revelation and Daniel, for the first time because he literally took his time and explained things word by word. If He meant that no man WOULD know the day or the hour, He would have said so. He didn't. Scripture in NO place EVER says that no man WILL know the day or hour. It says ONLY that at the time of Christ's statement no man knew. And at that time, that was true. I'm thoroughly convinced that as the time draws near, we WILL know. What you are claiming isn't Scriptural. Look at it like this: up until the day before your birth no man knew the day or hour of your birth. But once that day drew near, it WAS known. That is exactly what Christ was saying.

Pastor Vlad’s message is what scripture clearly says, and he is saying it to help those who have been deceived by false preachers and wishful thinking. Upon reading the book of Revelation for myself, I discovered no evidence of all Christians being raptured pre-trib. If that was true, why would we need to resist a mark, why would there there be a blessing for those making it to certain numbered days during tribulation, and why would the antichrist be allowed to overtake Christians if they have all be raptured? The bible plainly states we will. Not one pre-trib verse actually states what they claim it does. They ALL require you to read meaning into the verses that isn't actually stated. And interpreted or extrapolated meaning from scripture can never trump plainly stated scriptures. It only takes two passages to nail down the order. The two passages are Rev 20:4-5 which flat out states the FIRST resurrection includes those beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and those who refused to accept the mark of the beast or worship his image. So CLEARLY there is no resurrection before the tribulation saints are martyred, since they are included in the FIRST one. No interpretation or extrapolation of meaning. It's axiomatic. Next is 1 Thess 4:16-17 that plainly says the dead in Christ will rise FIRST, THEN we who are alive and remain will be caught up to be with the Lord in the air. So, if the rapture happens AFTER a resurrection and the first resurrection includes the tribulation martyrs, then there is no way the rapture can take place before the first resurrection that includes those martyrs. Case closed. Now go look at every pre-trib verse you've been given and see if it says anything to contradict that. Of course not, the Bible doesn't contradict itself. It is only when you apply what you have been told those verses mean, does it contradict those clearly stated biblical passages. The most egregious one is the promise to the Church of Philadelphia. Used ALL the time, yet they NEVER include the verse that says it's TO THE CHURCH OF PHILADELPHIA. So, you can't take a promise to THAT church and apply it to yourself and use that to trump those two passages I gave you. Also, nowhere in those verses does it mention rapture or tribulation. It's an assumption to think that HOUR of testing equals 7 Year Great Tribulation, or that kept from, means raptured. The church doesn't even exist anymore, so how could it be a promise regarding either of those things. If you want to use the argument that Philadelphia represents a TYPE of church, that's reasonable, but it's still an assumption and again, can't use it to trump plainly stated scriptures. But, that aside, the modern western church doesn't resemble the Church of Philadelphia IN ANY WAY. We most closely align with the Church of Laodicea and Thyatira. So look at ALL the assumptions and extrapolations of meaning you have to engage in to make that passage equal a pre-trib rapture, yet NONE of that is required when reading the two passages I gave you.

Ive tried for a couple of decades to believe in a pretrib rapture, but as many pastors and watchmen I listen to, when I read for myself the book of revelation, i just dont see a pretrib. We are all deceived in a lot of ways! We hear a lot of wealthy ministers that some of them are deceived too. I really appreciate Vlad talking about this😊. We know the Lord is coming back for his bride when the Father God tells Him too. We just occupy till he comes and try and put all our trust in the Lord Yeshua, and not in man😊

Give me one scripture that says His church will be here. God's wrath during the Great tribulation will be like no other time in history, not the same as His other wraths, and no scripture specifically says we are here. 7 years prior. I can calculate the day of the second coming from the first day the antichrist starts to rule. He rules unopposed for 3.5 years. That is 1260 days. In Daniel 12:12 blessed is the one who makes it to the 1335. Israel will be blessed at the second coming. The total time is 2595 from the first day of the antichrist rule. With the post-tribulation view Mathew 24:36 is false. With the pretribulation view it is true. If the rapture is at the second coming I can tell you the day from 7 years prior

It means He will protect those that don't need any more cleansing from the tribulation here on the earth. They will not suffer. Tribulation is for cleansing: some need more and others less.

If one looks at the true meaning here, 'keep' is to protect. We are promised that Christ, the Holy Spirit, will always be with us. Very clearly, when looking at correct translation, keep does NOT mean to 'take out of'. 'catch up' 'rapture', etc.

Why were they denied a rapture to safety ... but the Christians lucky enough to be alive 7 years before the 2nd Coming will be raptured? Pre-trib is a false & SATANIC teaching which only fools or satanists believe. Read Matherw 24 and listen only to what the Son of God says ... not your interpretation of cherry picked verses.

Jesus constantly commanded us to not be deceived. Where is your blessed hope? Please watch the rapture and Revelation series by pastor Allen Nolan who does a beautiful job of literally breaking the word down verse by verse, word by word, using the interpretation of the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic scriptures and explaining how even the cultural meanings affect what the word of God means. He’s the pastor who helped me to understand the Bible, especially the books of Revelation and Daniel, for the first time because he literally took his time and explained things word by word.
