prefer DTU CSE. I myself joined DTU CSE with jee rank 1200 in 2022. MNNIT Allahabad is good as well, but its not as well rounded college. Startup culture, location, college life are not at all good, while DTU is extremely good at these things as well. Placements of mnnit allahabad are comparable to DTU CSE. For hostel, all students admitted with outside delhi quota get hostel for sure. So, dont worry about that. DTU alumni network is much better than mnnit allahabad.

Choose usict cse only if you have made up your mind to have full focus on coding or if you can't handle the burden of ee (as it has a maximum number of backs).

Usict cse is not at all comparable. This year only 35 students were placed in USICT CSE at avg of 9 lakhs. DTU EE on the other hand had avg of 15 lakhs. Plus the brand value, campus life, alumni network that comes with DTU is unmatchable. Dont choose USICT if you're getting DTU EE.
