Blazers kind of did Dame dirty tho, never giving him a bigger 2 guard or wing that can adequately defend on the perimeter or a big that can adequately protect the rim. Blazers lived and died by Dame's offense and usually barely made the playoffs only because he'd go berserk and have several 30-40pt games at the end of most seasons

Anfernee just doesn't pass the eye test to me, but for some, he is pure magic. I hope I'm right for my prides sake.

Anfernee is great, but just not good enough to be a number 1 or 2 option on a contending team. And the guys the Blazers have invested to become those 1/2 options play the same position(s) as him, so the fit just doesn't work unfortunately imo.

Dame will come back when our team is playoffs contenders in a few years. Then we will go to the finals….game 7 down 2 with 4.8 left…They throw dame the ball does a cross over pulls back for 3 in at the buzzer. In. The crowd is roaring and bill walton is smiling. Dame retires that year and has his number retired.

Will Dame return? We may see him pop up in 10-1t years and be a part of things. But not soon. You do not claim loyalty and then try and f*** your team over like he did. No it was not his agent. DAME chose that path. He listened to Jimmy Butler and Bam and did a power play. Cronin gave him the finger. Dame is just lucky he ended up in Milwakee and not someplace that sucked. But then again I never bought in to his supposed loyalty in the first place.

FUUUDGE NO‼️The way Dame was playing games b4 he actually told the truth about wanting a trade. Then he tried getting the Blazers picks taken by going public saying how he was basically not hurt when he was out . Which made the NBA investigate the Blazers. He then also tried putting maximum pressure on the Blazers by saying he's going to retire if not getting traded to Miami. I don't forget & I certainly don't forgive... Goooo #TrailBlazers🩶🖤♥️
