Democracy is something that is supported by Dharmic religions and culture. So if a political party that expresses in favor of any of these Dharmic faiths(Hindu, Buddhist, Jain) then that party will be for democracy in a way that is good for all. The word secular means equality for all and there is equality for all in Dharmic faiths and philosophy. So any political party that is supporting Hindu or Dharmic philosophy over other views then that party is indirectly supporting democracy in a secular way as well
