Sounds like you'd be a great coach. I've done some coaching myself. It can be rewarding. But the way you sound in this video reminds me of where I was a few years ago. I now wonder how much my cognitive decline affected my art, but I know it's affected my business and life. Can I share something? I suffered for years through high school and beyond just getting the words out, and it's painful to see someone else suffer the same problem. After watching your video, I had to say something. Verbal fluency is something my family struggles with, especially as we get older. Grandma, mom, now me. Sometimes the only nootropic a person needs is going for a walk to get that verbal fluidity and quickness and sharpness of mind. I started to notice problems about 12 years ago and it kinda freaked me out. As a writer, Jefferson used to do go for daily walks and rely on caffeine late in life. And most people use caffeine and it works, but it's been a real disinhibitor for me. Not in a good way. Like alcohol. And jitters. It's technically a nootropic. One of the safest and simplest ones, obviously. Other times, when things started getting bad 7 to 10 years ago, I was happy to find a nootropic stack that worked for me. And that lasted for years until the price skyrocketed and the product was discontinued. I was spending at least $200 a year on the stuff, but it was worth it. Later, I started taking Ashwaganda. Mellow stuff. Works ok. I still use it on my "off" days, because you can't pop the harder stuff all the time. You have to periodically cycle off or else it stops working. And once in awhile, I completely cycle off of everything. (Not medical advice. I'm not a doctor.) At one point, eventually looked into Cortex Labs to try to save money setting up my own stacks, which I did. (Not affiliated.) After some experimentation, I've found a rotation that works pretty well for me. I wish someone had clued me in to Ballow's ebook a lot sooner. Tim Ferriss has a substantially less helpful video on being limitless without modafinil or racetams, including keto and moderate exercise, a mushroom coffee that has such a low dose of Lion's Mane I'm not surprised I didn't notice any difference. Getting enough sleep, fluids, and vitamins (for me, it was getting a quality vitamin B blend) eggs (or a substitute) formed a baseline of nutrients and health I could start to "overclock" the system. Otherwise nutrient deficiencies bring on the headaches for some people in the performance hackers. At my age, Luis, I decided it was worth the risk. Especially since there wasn't much risk for a slightly older guy to give it a test drive. (I'd guess I'm about your age.) I figured out plenty of ways to be pretty accurate with the doses and to make sure I'm working with quality product to start with. Some of the racetams and other dietary supplements are tested and intended for advanced cognitive decline or for performance enhancement for astronauts, for recovering from severe brain injury. Some are being taken by students to perform better on tests without going into the prescription pharmaceuticals. I don't know what's appropriate for you, but I think the journey begins when someone tells you what's out there so you can see for yourself. But here's why I mention it: What have you got to lose? Verbal fluency means you don't have struggle to find words again. Ryan has built up his baseline functionality so he sounds sharp as a tack. 99% of his information is free anyway, based on years of personal experience and deep research. In WW2, the Germans used much harder stuff to fuel their blitzkrieg war machine. The kind of stuff mind-hacking themselves with to stay up and code for 72 hours. I both cases, that's way too far out on a limb for my taste. But you don't know what you don't know. Until you research the literature for yourself, you won't know if and how some herbal supplement you want to talk to your doctor about. Some that seem sweet, natural and innocent have far worse drug interactions for some people than others. Rhodiola Rosea, for example. In my opinion, it's worth knowing whether or not you could have a limitless life ahead of you and don't decide until you know.

Youre INSANE! You clearly do not understand about making videos. An unscripted video that is more or less the train of thought will have stops and starts and clarifications. That is how natural speech works. Your comment is just a long winded infomercial disguised as caring. If you valued his experience you would take the video for what it is. I suggest you make a video before you go judging other people on things that are not even there.

Luis, thats an unreasonable request. Your insight is what makes this video valuable. There is a pdf out there im sure, and anyone serious would just buy it. I value your opinion and experience.
