I still remember the time I got 3 normal villagers on my island after watching this video!! (After this I'm kinda told myself to try my best to have only 2 villagers to have same personality but yeah.... Sometimes you just can't resist on taking the favorite!!!) Also recently I did villager hunt & I take Leonardo, my dreamy tiger!!! (Although my original goal on that hunt to get either sisterly or snooty villager so yeah...)

XD I still need the photos of Marshal, Audie and Sprinkle before I can replace them, but I try. 😅 Marina, Molly, Merengue, Mitzi.... most of my favorite normal villagers begin with an M. 💖 So interesting. X3 The peppies are not for everyone. They have a looooooot of energy. XXD But still adorable though.

villager hunting does feel a bit fun but also stressful 😅😂 I even feel excited for a campsite visitor to exist but they end up not being great 🥲 I'm trying to hunt for Mint or Dotty, I had about 32 tickets, almost wasted all more of my nook miles, and none of the two showed up and I had to take in Apple 😭 not that I don't like Apple, just she wasn't it :') I honestly shoulda taken in Poppy when she was right there for me but I had to resist and keep going but hoped she appeared again since I was failing on my hunt but nope, stopped at 7k nook miles and took in Apple at the end of the day :')

How do you stop the plot from auto filling?

I've noticed that for me sometimes it autofills right away. Other times days and days can go by without it filling. I have no idea what difference it makes. Though, I've noticed it tends to stay open if I scan an amiibo in. I think the game assumes that's who you're going to move into the plot. But it probably also helps it not fill right away by the fact I haven't gone to anyone else's island in ages (or had anyone visit mine) for me to end up with any of their villagers. I think you can also time travel to try to keep it on the same day to prevent it from filling. Though I know not everyone does that.

Yeah mainly as Jennifer said just keep time traveling back to the date where you have the plot open (eg. I had it open on March 26th so before I open my game I'll just make sure my switch is in that date) 🤗
