Will Evil Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Implement Supreme Court’s Decision? What should Generals Do?

While Supreme Court’s Full Court Bench has delivered a strong landmark decision that can help jump start course of political correction, Election Commission of Pakistan and Nawaz Sharif’s party, PMLN, may be thinking of ways to stop the full implementation of this decision, How? I explain.
But Generals led by Army Chief should assess the key developments of past few weeks and let Supreme Court decision help define a way forward. My Analysis as to why it’s important?

Wajahat Saeed Khan complaint seems to be genuine and logical. Mr Sabir Shakir has no right to cut Wajahat's conversation, whether its of few minutes, without his permission or taking him in confidence. This is completely unethical, and even I was at Wajahat's place i would have responded in the same way. Furthermore, Dr sb why are you defending to cut the comments about Hamid Mir, you are even not uttering his name just saying journalist. You are defending him because he is a so called journalist (your paity bhai). Majority knows that Hamid Mir is a hypocrite, he is facilitator of Zardari/Nawaz illegal regime and in return he is getting benefits for him and his family from this fascist regime. His brother Amir Mir (another munaf e azam) was part and parcel of Punjab caretaker set up. Secondly, Wajahat also alledged you and Shehbaz Gill regarding APNA conference. You and Gill sb need to clarify your positions for these allegations.

Dear Waheed Sb, I have pinned your comment for wider reach! And here is my response: I am genuinely very surprised on the kind of reaction Wajahat has done to Sabir’s actions. And the way Dr. Gill & myself had been dragged into it without any reason. Why? Because Gang of Four is not a formal institution or team, every week a new person posts the discussion on his KZbin, and he is totally free to do whatever he decides to do with that video. If Sabir thought that certain comments were problematic he should have consulted Wajahat & me. Why me? Because now since I have watched Wajahat’s vlog, I realise that what Sabir deleted was not only Wajahat’s comments but chunks of conversation between me & Wajahat about Army & Hamid Mir. And if you watch those parts, shown in Wajahat’s vlog, you can see that I have raised questions about Hamid Mir’s tweet on Kenya police. However since then I have also read Hamid Mir’s tweet, and as I suspected, Hamid Mir, didn’t say what Wajahat implied. Hamid asserted that lies of Kenya police regarding the killing have been exposed. Sabir thought that Hamid is being misrepresented, and since it’s his KZbin, a factual error should not be aired. But I think that Sabir should have informed Wajahat, before these deletions, and it was unprofessional to edit chunks of another person without an informal discussion with him. Having said this, I was always skeptical about creating this Group; I have more than 20 years of daily experience in media and I have my reservations about working of such groups. Dr. Gill persuaded me to join, and at that time it was made clear that every member will be free to do whatever he chooses about the video he posts, in terms of adding or deleting. I think in one previous video, a longer discussion of Sabir was cut out because it was deemed boring, dragging and was increasing length of video, because people complain on longer videos. What surprises me most is Wajahat’s comments about me & Dr. Gill, we were not aware of whatever happened between Sabir & Wajahat. We exist in different locations, we barely manage to come together for a recording, with our different time zones and commitments. I and Sabir are with families and have children with lots of school, college, doctor and exam challenges. Why drag me and Dr. Gill into something of which we had no knowledge? Did Wajahat ever discussed the matter with us? Did we ever get to reflect on that? Dragging both of us into this was equally unprofessional. Barrister watching videos? Totally non sense, I suspect Sabir has just said that to Wajahat, as an excuse, to create a justification. There was nothing of any legal significance or consequence in Wajahat or my comments that Sabir deleted. I am more legally trained because of my background in civil services and I will be the first to spot legal issues. Regarding Wajahat’s comments on APPNA & Gill? Once again very surprising, Wajahat should have checked; Dr. Gill has never been invited by APPNA, because he represents PTI and is FARA registered; Dr. Gill spoke in a PTI cum First Pakistan Global event. First Pakistan Global is a group of Pakistani entrepreneurs, that played active role in meetings with Congress and Senators, they invited me to speak because I have actively participated in their meetings with Congress over past 18-20 months, Dr. Gill referred to me because I was sitting right in front of him and he knew that I worked with Congressional aides and it was in that context. Sabir and Wajahat are adults, not teenage kids, they can respond to their issues and should have resolved a bilateral issue without turning it into a public scandal and dragging others who had nothing to do with it. I am genuinely surprised and intrigued. Hope this helps!

I have watched this video live as well as 3 hours after its release from a Karachi IP address without any issue. I have tried to reproduce your users' claims of "buffering" and slow video experiences for several weeks. But no luck, at least from Karachi. All thumbnails of videos of this channels are visible and play on clicking without any problem. I get regular notifications of videos two minutes of premiering. Walaikumasslam Moeed. You and your colleagues journalists who played a critical role to keep the ship going, deserve all the congratulations of this world. Isn't this tragic and ironic that we are praising and celebrating an act of justice in a country that calls itself an Islamic Republic? Denying justice in an islamic state is blasphemous and as such should be treated. Whoever is involved in this heinous crime should be held accountable and be punished in accordance with the islamic laws.
