Great video Dan. I too believe the Giants get Burnes. I liked Fried, but had some concern that he had forearm issues in 2023. I see Tucker was traded from Astros. The need a lefty bat(s). I would target Framber Valdez. He has one year left on his contract at 17 Mil. Trade Yaz or Wade to offset some money and give them a young pitcher like Wisenthunt. Burnes, Webb, Valdez would give us a nice top 3 in the rotation. Just a thought.

Fried has an injury history. Burnes is clean. Either is good. Really wanted Tucker. Gotta get Burnes. Picks are overrated in baseball. IMO. Not concerned about K rate. Pitching to contact isn’t the worst thing. Who is a legit bat we could trade for other than Tucker?

I saw an article that Burnes isn’t fully comfortable with the status of Vlad and Bo in Contracts in Toronto. Didn’t want to go there and everyone leave. Giants just need to get pen to paper sooner than later.
