Oh I am glad you are safe. I live about 3 hrs from the mountains. They have been completed devastated and our hearts are broken. I truly cannot imagine what they are going through now. I am glad you were spared from any damage. Have a wonderful day!

I am continuing my no-buy life! I spent at least every week at the thrift stores when I first started to make junk journals and give them away. I bought so many supplies that I could never use in all my life. For the last couple of years, I have made a concerted effort to use up those supplies so my daughter will not be stuck with a roomful of junk journal supplies. Sort of a crafter Swedish Death cleaning. Love your crafts and they would be excellent for Yule gifts.

As always, Myra, gorgeous projects! I'm surprised how much I like persephone on that Roycycled paper. (I didnt buy this mold. But I did buy the bug mold after watching you use it!) BTW, I've found I sometimes can use less paint by using black as a first coat, and painting over that with white. The black hides those bright colors better. See you tomorrow.

Hi Myra, I love all your creations, they are all stunning but my favourites are the Persephone frame and all the other frames that have the gold on them. I think they are all very beautiful. I’m going to go through my stashed frames to see if I’ve got any that are suitable and if not then I’m going op shopping in a couple of weeks with a group that I go on trips with and I’ll be looking to see what I can buy then. I only have 3 op shops in my little town and they are all quite expensive so I’m looking forward to going to another bigger town with lots of op shops and thrift stores. God Bless you Myra. I think the frame with the mitered paper is quite stunning. It adds so much to the overall look. I’m wondering if you dilute your Mod Podge in the bottle with the tip on it? It appears thinner than Mod Podge usually is. Thanks.

Thanks Ruth so much. No I don't dilute it. I think it just comes out quicker because it is in the bottle. It's just a condiment bottle from the Dollar Tree but I love it. It keeps me from always taking the lid off the bottle. Have a lovely day!
