I have unfortunately torn my ACL twice and seeing how you've recovered after two weeks is mind blowing. Really crazy and wish I knew about this before I got the traditional surgery, but I am so happy you are all sharing this in the internet. I know when I tore my ACL there were not a lot of videos around ACL tears so having this in their now is really awesome.

A role model I've seen in the NBA in my town is Dejounte Murray of the San Antonio Spurs. He made leaps and bounds as a player and after a year off of not playing, and made a great recovery. Good luck Zach ✌
