Yes, I will be taking a first class car. My plan is to fly to Chiang Mai, make content there for s week. Then do a 5-6 day motorbike tour of the Mae Hon Song loop and take the train back. Should be lots of fun.

I enjoy watching your urban adventure 😆😆😆 Yes, that was 2nd class sleeping car. I took it once to Chiang Mai about 5 years ago. The AC inside was so cold so you might want to wear a sweater when you take it.

Great video! You might want to check out the Makkasan rail yards. They have really old back to steam locomotives and more derelict passenger cars. Some of the oldest buildings now abandoned still have traces of WW2 bomb damage. The US bombed them with B29s when the Japanese were here. Bring 500 baht in case you meet the wrong guard. A bit dicey on the legality bit. A smile and plea of stupidity and immediate exit if caught worked for me about 6 years ago.

Have traveled to a few train grave yards in Thailand and know of the one in Bang Sue pronounced (Bang SIrr). Never had any issues with the dogs in Thailand and have encountered thousands over the years. I have wandered into all sort of places in Thailand that I should have not been allowed to and never had any issues. Once got caught in a military base and was dragged off into a mess hall and fed lunch they even allowed me to take pictures. Thankfully I speak Thai so that helped matters when I was caught and was not dragged off to the monkey house.

Hey Serg,, you missed the best area. If you had been able to head down further there are old steam trains laid up awaiting restoration . You can see them all near the train sheds when driving into Bangkok along the motorway. Great videos by the way , keep them coming 👍

😊 you are probably the only you tuber who showed us train cemetery, I guess old Law enforcement ‘s habit.😂😂😂😂It’s good idea to always carry pocket hand sanitizer . I heard about Chiang Rai , since you are going to Chiangmai, you should stop by, my understanding about 1/2 hour or an hour above Chiangmai. I was disappointed of myself to not going up to Chiang Rai but I had been to Chiangmai several times years ago. I heard great things about it and had seen other Chanel and really think , I should have gone😏😕

Hi Sheila! I just love finding weird places like this train cemetery. And when I go up to Chiang Mai, I’m probably going to stay up there for a couple of weeks, and then do a weeklong motor bike tour and then take the train back to Bangkok. I’ll definitely try to visit Chiang Rai as well.

Well I think it’s questionable whether or not the public is allowed in there. So I was not upset with them for telling me to leave. I definitely enjoyed walking around in there and looking at those old trains. Lots more exploring to do.

An interesting Video although I never would went there. I like the Old Trains. I saw from another German KZbinr a Video by Train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Another one to the River Kwai. Serg, when I was in Bangkok waiting on the bts platform, I leaned on the railing, well about 5 seconds later I heard a non stop whistle and a security person got in my face...I'm guessing he thought I was trying to get top secret subway information the way he acted, luckily I wasn't arrested for leaning on the railing. must of been a VERY slow day for him....

It looked pretty quiet in there. All I saw was the dogs. The security guard didn’t care at first, or maybe he thought I was leaving when he said I could go. I really enjoyed walking around in there. Nice serg yesterday I watched a Russian KZbinr nfkrz he move to Georgia from Russia when the invasion started he discovered some soviet cars like a cemetery of soviet cars in Georgia and he found one from the president of the soviet union car and east german license plate why Thailand doesn't use train railways China Japan and the US antrak goes to every state like from Houston to Dallas or from Dallas to Austin

I think it’s extremely unfortunate and sad. Mental health is still not a real priority in the US. I say this as a former mental health professional. It’s also being heavily politicized, as always.
