You have to have to have rules put in place for the players beginning Under-19 team. If a player does not follow the rules then disciplinary procedures should be put in place. If the coach gives them downtime then fair enough, but at other times they have to stay professional like we all have to do in our jobs. When you’re representing the nation you are doing a job, you have signed a contract, you’re getting paid more than most people will ever get paid in Pakistan. Do this job as well as if you were doing any other job in the world. These players are just taking things for granted, because everyone can see there is no disciplinary process put in place.
