Sir a question if India signed treayt to consider tibet as part of China but now that there is no longer a state with that name doesn't the treaty itself become null and void 🤔

I was also thinking that government should name tibet as an independent county and we know that china will not attack india as it will not gain anything because if china attacks then they will loose Taiwan
