My mom said I have to eat more fruits and vegetables so I did (well, by making them into boba but it still counts, right?)

Simple NO FAIL ratio for all 9 types of boba:
40g juice (preferably strained)
35g tapioca starch
15g sweet potato flour
--Dough consistency will vary depending on whether juice being used is extra PULPY--
Instructions:
1. Heat juice until boiling (very important it must be boiling rapidly!)
2. Add boiling liquid immediately into bowl containing tapioca starch and sweet potato flour.
3. Stir to combine until it has cooled down slightly, enough to handle.
4. Knead dough until combined (you shouldn’t need any more flour at this point)
5. Cut the dough into squares and roll into balls. Place in freezer until intended use (or continue on to the next step)
6. To cook, get a pot of water boiling before placing balls in for 15 minutes. Stir immediately to ensure it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
7. Remove and rinse under cold water before placing into sugar syrup (50g sugar to 250ml water) to soak.
8. For a stronger sweetness, return boba along with sugar syrup into a pan and cook until syrup is reduced.
