Will it Run and DRIVE?

shaved.by/v/ter... 1941 Chevy Special Deluxe. The car has been sitting many decades . Our goal is to get it drive to a cruise nite
The rear brakes were lock up, also the vacuum assist shifter was rusted and would not budge.
After working to free up those issues we had to run it once more. We were laughing every time it ran.
