There are so many of these on FB marketplace, I’ll have to scoop one if it’s that easy to fix

Yep they’re super simple and like @slightlyreckless said Hondas run forever!!

ON the Hondas, that I'm familiar with, you do Not screw the dip stick back in,you simply push down until it rests on top of the fill tube..After the oil level is determined to be OK,then screw it shut

Ahh! So i probably could do ok with just a touch more oil to get it to be at the full mark then. thanks for the info!

You're right I just double checked the Service Manual and says exactly what you said, dont screw it in, just insert it so it sits level at the neck and then check. Thank you for commenting!

Thanks for the vid though I suggest not skipping around so much. Instead, set your camera for closer shots ( mid distance ) and try not to have as much backlighting as when you have the garage door open so the visual is not washed out of focus.

I agree, I now have 3 of these honda HRR's and the oldest one is my favorite to use. I did a fun retro paint and emblems on it but still the most trusty

I did everything you did with the wheels but it still won't back up why?

If the axle is rusty it gets bound up on the bushing in the wheel adjuster..make sure the axle is free of rust and smooth.. clean the bushings in the wheel adjusters. If that doesnt do it open the transmission and make sure the gears are not missing teeth or broken...new belt and check the tension on the self propel cable...
