@@johndowe7003 We had an IH loader that was sitting for 25 years, it still ran on its own diesel after some encouragement. Was parked because of a rod knock and oil pan leak

The chain on the throttle probably hooks onto the accelerator linkage underneath and the lever on the far left will be forward and reverse the one next to it thats been disconnect would probably be high and low . Part 2 please mate

they are not hoses they are cables the make it shift and they are stuck. and the lever ahead of the steering column lets you change the steering from rear steer to crab steer or 4 wheel steer
