PERSONAL OPINION (everyone is entitled to their own) but I actually really like them. Two most common ways to eat it is in porridge and in a cold dish/salad version. The porridge version is called 皮蛋瘦肉粥 and commonly found at dimsum places. The cold dish is made with usually ginger, garlic, scallion, soy sauce and sesame oil if I’m not mistaken (or some variation of that). For reference you can search 凉拌皮蛋 for a cold dish version. Please let me know if you try it!

Nah, I think he was totally honest, and he wouldn't have been the only Mythical Kitchen member to feel that way. I can't remember what dish it was but I do remember Nicole being upset that they didn't like one dish that she thought was delicious, and I'm sure it's happened to Josh tons of times (and some of them are even justified, while some are due to the fact that he likes the taste of coagulated blood)
