Very undisciplined teams as well. Both should be in their last year in Dallas but this is Jerry Jones. We won’t win a Super Bowl until he’s gone and Dak and Mike (while in Dallas) will never win one either.

Just because McCarthy won one Superbowl doesn't mean he's gonna do it again look back over the history of head coaches. It's about system the players playing in the system and scheme it's about talent evaluations being right. But when you're team is built through the draft you've got to hitting on every pick what we have trouble with is getting the guys ready to contribute and on the offensive side of the ball we don't Tolbert us in his third year and this year he's OK we don't have the WR that makes a difference. And absolutely our o line will be much better getting a starting WR and a RB is crucial Rico is good but not great after him no one else has done anything to contribute for a WIN. This is a critical draft for us just get it done we're very close to being great again.

Jerry signed Garrett for a five year extension. Garrett only had 2 playoff wins in 9-10 seasons McCarthy has only one playoff win. Wouldn't surprise me if Jones keeps McCarthy. If Jerry likes you he'll keep you win or lose !
