The fence company was supposed to have a blueprint of the property line from the home builder which they should have had given to them, your sprinkler system is either on your property or your neighbors, the home builder and the fence company are both responsible for not communicating with each other properly. Move the fence or reinstall the sprinkler system.

I swear it's not even your job but you will always think of more effective ways of doing things but its all a money grab. Builders for houses run irrigation right on edge of property. I run a fence company and we run into that issue all the time where we can’t go over your property line to make sure the irrigation is inside the fence, so it is the homeowners responsibility to have the sprinklers moved 6 inches over.

You will need to check the plat for your house and make sure where your property line is located and probably have to see have to see if the fence company messed up or if the irrigation/builder messed up on installation of your irrigation system. Most likely you’ll need to have a surveyor to confirm details.
