These types of treatments won’t do much to hair that’s already healthy except help you maintain it. Your hair is beautiful, already looked healthy and didn’t appear damaged. If you’re using indirect heat, you can get the same results from using a heat protector and practicing a good cleansing, conditioning and deep conditioning routine regularly. I purchased this kit thinking I needed it, but didn’t see any significant changes. My stylist said my hair wasn’t damaged so although using it every few months doesn’t hurt anything and will help to maintain healthy hair, if my hair wasn’t damaged to begin with I won’t see anything significant. I think we need to recognize when our hair is healthy so we don’t use products that aren’t needed.

As an added bonus for me the # 0 and 3 30 minutes under a hooded dryer worked wonders for my hair; i have been using it for 2 years faithfully😊

Yep. I always put on a shower cap then sit under a heated cap for a chapter or few of a good book. Definitely feels great.

I like to use it when I do a blowout as it makes detangling easier and blowdrying my hair easier. My hair easily breaks just by looking at it. Keep in mine it's probably becuz of the silicones. So you will probably need to clarify on next wash day or after two wash days at least. I'm not afraid of silicones becuz I do clarify every once in awhile. And i notice for a couple of weeks my hair is soft and doesn't shedd as much after this treatment. Oh I just use the prepoo No. 0 & No. 3 treatments

Watching your video now. Beautiful hair❤️ I recently bought the system as a trial size. You really do not need the #0 to use the #3 you can go straight to the #3. But, you can not use the #0 alone you must have the #3 As the #0 is only a primer sort of like a prepoo it isn't really necessary. #3 is the gusto. Olaplex makes money buy getting you to buy a whole system that you don't really need especially since you don't relax and color. You can use the #3 alone or just buy a less expensive protein treatment.

Your hair looked good already so results won't be fantastic as it's made for damaged hair. Also hair treatements are rarely preventative.
