Ra.one didn't make a blockbuster hit because that movie was ahead of its time as you said people weren't aware of computer games and AI...but the movie would've been a blockbuster hit if it was released now as right now the top higgest grossing movies are superhero movies like avengers end game, spider no way home so now Ra.one would've got the audience that it was expecting 11 years ago...bcuz in 2011 people weren't ready to Ra.one and they wanted the old srk movies so they were disappointed & said it was a kid's movie but today the whole world is behind marvel movies.
