We don't know what the writers have in store for Ron. He was used to help Reagan develop so maybe not. But for me personally I would love to see a side plot of Ron trying to find and regain his memories or something like that. That would be cool. Since he used to be a conspiracy theorist in College.

So given that Rons very first lines were about how he didn't wan't to be part of the shadow world. Also briging Ron back would destroy the hole point of season 2 about letting go rather than staying in a falling relationships.
