Great breakdown, you basicly put what I've been thinking (into words) when bumping this. I get what you say about the flow, but they bounce so well of one another. Love the legends coming back with new ice cold bars and flaming beats, even though rap has very much been alive and evolving all this time, just mostly underground. I like many others know and could compile a list of 100's of tracks that's unfortunately lurking in the shadows, some of them have blown up though and only become better/stayed true, no selling the style that got them there that would put 98% of what most people know as "The hiphop artists" in some other genre, guessing for the blind and deaf folks out there? Or you know, listen to french rap as an example, it's everywhere, there are gems behind every pile of sh*t if you know where to look! If you prefer mainly bumping it to english vocals, the Aussie and U.K scene has been delivering without fail for a long time. But wherever you look, there are people that couldn't care less about the music and are just in it for the money and fame, easy for labels to drown the media that reach the most people and after years something I wouldn't feed to my garbage can is considered music, and alot of people follow trends or they gotta be told what to like, I guess... I get you gotta take more into account when making a video like this, but I bet you're still enjoying as much as me, real head banger! Well, you got yourself a new sub! Just my 2 cents after being up for 40 something hours, keep it real!

You gotta know more about what Will is talkin about - for example, he had a lil show performing new music and he did away with all of the bells and whistles (he says in a live video chat with joyner) like he wants to strip it all down and start over and he’s re-discovered music to be a form of medicine or therapy for him. Same as healing. Sometimes you gotta strip away everything and start over to begin the healing process. Holding onto the past is not the way.
