Martin has the true personality of an introvert. He is quiet by nature, and very observant. This is why he is so great at playing (acting/comedian) characters. He’s probably also on a good dose of meds as well. He is bipolar (which is been very open about) and he sometimes the meds can dull the edge of the personality. This is why a lot of artists feel they can’t be as funny, creative, amazing if they take antidepressants, anti anxiety, antipsychotics etc. Very common among comedians

So you know the part of this interview when Will said you have to separate yourself from the character...? Martin exhibited that in this interview. He learned years ago, he doesn't have to be a character. That way of thinking probably lead to addiction and mental break down. He's now comfortable being himself and he'll speak as much or as little as he wants. He posses self control. There's a depth to him. He is comfortable in his own skin being himself and not a character. True introverts no that this is why we don't mind being linked to extroverts (ie Will). That means he is getting more than martin. I love will but he stole that franchise from Martin. Watch the first 1 it's the best cause martin took lead as the funny 1 and more relatable. Then it turned into action pack for will. Said it took so long cause will wanted to be right. It was martin movie after it was pass to him
