I'm always in favor of shakeups. Especially when the guy has already reached the top with their current team. Don't want the Atlantic to turn into the metro with all the aging stars staying on 1 team while it stagnates. Bruins stars gracefully stepped down rather than go elsewhere.

Honestly I don't think he should stay in Tampa. Tampa is slowly starting to turn away from contending team, and they're probably going to be a part of wild card races soon. Stamkos has a lot of experience and a lot of playoff exprience (2 cups). So I think him ending his career in teams that are becoming contender would be great.
