State Farm instituted a new negotiation tactic in early 2020 for its car accident claims. Virginia accident attorney Brian Glass discusses why he believes that State Farm's new policy violates the Virginia Unfair Claims Settlement Act. This will most certainly lead to more lawsuits against State Farm customers but hey with COVID19 there may not be any trials for a long time.
