Will Taylor Swift Be Deposed in Justin Baldoni Lawsuit?

One of the people seemingly mentioned in legal filings between actors Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively is pop superstar Taylor Swift, one of Lively’s best friends. Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has indicated that he might depose Swift to learn more about what was going on behind the scenes on the set of the film “It Ends with Us.” Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber got some insight from celebrity criminal defense attorney Bradford Cohen.

This will be settle out of court. You will not see anyone get deposed under oath. Justin did not file a "Lawsuit" against Blake. He filed a "Claim" which is a precursor to a "Lawsuit" so he still being a very nice guy. Blake herself also does not want to testify under oath. She saw what Amber Heard went through and so she too has only filed a "Claim" not a "Lawsuit" against Justin Baldoni. So this is just PR battle for now.

There are holes in Blake's lawsuit. I already know some facts which weakens her lawsuit. These are: 1. Dance scene - her lawsuit gives a complete different discription of what I saw in that video. 2. He signed to her 30 points- this even fooled Jesse. He disapproved it, by showing us 17 points list with wording different. 3. Cherry picked texts and removed upside down emoji. What else is she lying about? 🤥. She lost her credibility because of her lies. Lawyers don't seem to understand that.

The article in TMZ was published before the NYT article. Baldoni's lawyer is way too aggressive, hopefully Blake's lawyers have a more conservative approach. Observe, take notes and organise their side instead of attacking the other party and exposing the ace up their sleeve. Baldoni's approach shows how desperate he is, Johnny Deep's lawyers had a more conservative approach too. As Sun Tzu said: “To win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.'' similar with the approach used by Queen Elisabeth II: Never complain, never explain.

TS has an amazing team around her. Not like you typically surround yourself with people who say "yes" or tell you what you want to hear. I'm sure they have consulted with someone who has BDO training and that person has been very real with her and she will listen. The truth is she was manipulated by a "Celebrity" friend and they will make the distinction between "True Close Friend" and "Celebrity Friend". She's not going to lie for the BL/RR team and she's going to make it very clear to them. That will distance TS from BL/RR organically. The issue here is you're dealing with someone with classical NPD and she doesn't hear the word "No" and nothing is ever her fault.
