Movement is gonna be what makes or breaks this release. Old movement is essential to making this mode a success, and i strongly believe that it will bring more hype to the mode. And with that said, if one can master this new sprint/mantle/slide mechs, then OG movement will be piece of cake. NO WAY THEY DONT BRING OG MOVEMENT BACK

I really think that if they arentt pulling the arguably lazy throwback of the OG season, that should mean it's going to be as authentic as possible. No sprinting or mantling, retuning all the weird traps and bounce pads, taking turbo build out until the gamemode advances to the season it got released.

The way I see it. Even if the game mechanics, visuals, animations, etc are the same, down to every line of code. It'll never feel exactly the same largely because the playerbase is way different now, and that's something Epic could never change. Not only have most of my OG friends stopped playing years ago, but current snd new players are used to a completely different Fortnite experience.

Why is nobody talking about the CH3-CH4 movement? It has the og walking and sprint animations with sliding mantling and tac sprint. Thats the perfect movement, not the sluggishness of OG and not the sluggishness of Ch5 when you run out of tac sprint.

The problem is that Epic thinks that bringing back the Chapter 1 island and the old weapons will work, but what made Chapter 1 work was its simplicity, And the memories we have, Currently with sweats everywhere, Zero Build and Parkour mechanics, Chapter 1 just wouldn't work, In 2018 the game was in its first seasons, it was understandable that the gameplay was not very advanced, but in 2024? Now we have a lot of essential things that wouldn't work in Chapter 1, Just look at the OG Season, Yes, Very nice and all coming back, But a few weeks later it became extremely BORING because of the absence of the things we had in Chapter 4, And with Remix the same thing is happening, Or even worse Just think about it, is it worth going back to Chapter 1 if it won't be the same? Because the map may come back, but the good times will never come back
