This mall was a staple of my childhood and early adulthood. Happy to see it still busy and thriving!

Captain Clickbait got me again! 😂. That is about as alive that a mall can be in 2023. The Hollister at my local mall is now some sort of Amazon overstock “rummage through the bins” store. 🤷♂️. Happy Holidays! 🎄

The Cherry Hill Mall has always been busy even after Covid. I spent a lot of time in that mall. The food at the Cherry Hill Bistro is very good.

And this is on an early weekday afternoon. On an evening at this time of the year especially, the Chery Hill Mall will be pretty busy! It's the location, with Cherry Hill being pretty much the center of the South Jersey tri-county area (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester). Plus easy proximity for Philadelphia, come over the Ben Franklin and hop on 38 and you're there.

Another cool video Captain! A funny story about those fountains, when I was young, 8 or 9, my Mom and Dad took my brother and sister and me to the Cherry Hill Mall Christmas shopping. It was about 20 degrees outside with snow on the ground and windy, anyway my parents had us kids wait for them by the big round fountain while they went into the store across from it. My siblings and I were trying to get coins out of the water and I reached way out to get a quater, fell in and was completely soaked lol, it was a very cold walk across the parking lot to our car, steam was coming off of me.

Rent at Cherry Hill was substantially higher than Deptford back in the day. Pretty sure it is that today as well. Much bigger assortment of stores( especially higher end),and much more foot traffic.

I can appreciate these Dead Mall videos so thank you for this content. You need to also include Willow Grove Mall. I say this because Willow Grove mall business is absolutely busy and that’s year round and not just because of the holidays. Whatever that malls owner is doing they are doing it right. Just my opinion. Thanks Captain!

I would not worry about this mall and Preits nice malls. I think Preit will sell off some dead malls, but even if they do sell off good malls, they won't close they will get sold to good property groups like Brookfield or Simon, who will manage it well.

i honestly don’t think cherry hill is dying. now if you wanna talk about a dying go to neshaminy mall. that mall is a damn ghost town. my theory is the only things keep neshaminy going is the amc movie theater, barnes & nobles, boscovs, bath & body works and as a wildcard store hallmark. other than that that neshaminy would’ve closed years ago.
