Will the Federal Court agree with Najib on judges’ conflict of interests?

Nazlan need to be cleared first before deciding on Najib. No justice when there are loopholes in judgements. Even if Najib not win. Nazlan will not be in well-standing.

Now the government and citizens also have conflict of interest. No Malaysia courts can settle because government own the courts. Need International Court here in Malaysia to settle issues regarding Government Citizens conflicts of interest

Wait for the Apex court verdict. Jibby's cases are long and winding . It will take some time to see them 'completed'.

For avoidance of any doubt, Nazlan should be allowed to be investigated by MACC. Currently he is 'protected' by the CJ. Am sure Nazlan is innocent. But by allowing the investigation process all doubts will be cleared.
