You can use that kind of water lilies for weaving basket. Myji, I think what you are experiencing a nerve pain in your lower back spine. You might want to see a spine doctor and request a cat scan or mri. I just had a steroid injection in my spine because of a neck injury which caused nerve pain in my left hand. It's true it's very difficult to get complete rest and sleep. Meantime, you really need to see your doctor for medications for pain and to see where your injury is in your back. Just a suggestion because I understand how difficult and hard to have such pain and not getting enough rest and sleep. It stressful experience.

I hurt my back gardening about two weeks ago. After a week of not getting better, I went to the doctor. He looked at my x-ray and said everything looked okay, so it must be a pulled muscle. He gave me some painkiller tablets. They make my back feel better but I wonder whether I will be able to do gardening work when I run out of the tablets.
