Two issues: 1. Cruel and Unusual Punishment in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution; and 2. The Constitution doesn't give the government the power to restrict businesses, or something to that angle. That Constitution is our most powerful SHIELD against tyranny. They are REACHING with this bill beyond its powers.
