The water is transparent so you see everyone in it. Furthermore, the operator has to stay there while that kind of lid closes, mostly he has to hold down a button till it's closed. So in reality it wouldn't even have closed.

Yeah, me too. But for a very different reason. Usually people use this excuse to hide from themselves, because the real reason is something like "I have no idea what to do with my life now, send help". It takes some willpower to admit you're a failure and start to correct mistakes instead of trying to continue to play it cool. And it also takes some IQ points to be able to identify the mistakes. I think in the end Claire revealed herself from this hiding. There was no need for her to return the ring, but she still did it. She stopped multiple times when she had a chance to kill them, indicating she doesn't want to kill anyone. Also remember her speech about control. She finally took control of her life by doing what she thought was right, and not what she thought she had to do to survive (as a criminal).

insulin is for DKA, she was hyperglycemic.what trips me up is how fast she responded to the dose of insulin😂. Patients usually require a Insulin drip to regulate blood sugar once it gets that high. Or at the least more than one dose😅
