@@nickpellatt If its a long heavy item you can hang it from a door, if it's something like a dress shirt I just hold it up by the hanger in one hand and hold the steamer in my other hand. Thats part of the beauty of how it works, you just need to get the steam onto the fabric, you don't need to press or shape the fabric flat like you would with an iron and a board, the steam just makes the fabric fibers relax and the wrinkles disappear!
