Very beautiful hike! You need to get a backpack so you can take along water and snacks and any other essentials you think you need. There’s so many what ifs when hiking. A personal GPS would be a plus. You both are making wonderful memories and sharing your hike with your followers and for that I thank you. Be safe and happy trails! ☮️❤️

Yes no matter how short a hike is, bring a backpack with at least water! And bear spray, a walking stick is helpful! Always be prepared….as the saying goes!! ❤️❤️❤️

Please find a small trading post and get some hiking boots most places will sell bear bell to put on your boots and you should both have a small backpack with water bottle,small first aid kit, small survival kit , some food items, it might be worth getting a walking stick to help you when you’re out hiking . Please get a couple of whistles and make sure they are attached to your back in case you get hurt or lost that way you can signal for help. As I want you both to stay safe and have wonderful time.

Berry bushes! Well they aren't there yet. Might be out of shape but got to take into consideration the altitude as well and what you are use to now. Madam it's a learning process and up here looks calm and easy but it's not. Low bushes and thorn. Course than the snow. Y'all did good.
