We are about to shape this dagger into an actual dagger-looking blade. We start with the Damascus all finished and the blood groove milled in. This video will be a lot of 2x72 belt grinding. Once we put a pocky tip on the serenity dagger, we will test this blade and see if it will “KEAL”.

It might have been cool to have put the makers mark inside the fuller! But that’d also require more sanding afterwards unfortunately.

Thanks to his parents homeschooling him and his siblings. Best way to educate at home is to find their passion and use it to teach. Listen to his math. And his brother? Look at the video work. Again math, and art. Yep I can see the lessons forming in my head. Though I think in the last few years everyone has had a taste of homeschoolimg. 😂

4:54 Kyle, it’s super awesome to hear you were homeschooled. My wife and I are homeschooling our 3 children. So neat to see how incredibly beneficial it is and how the children get way more schooling. Not to mention how efficient it is allowing for more extra curricular activities, like forging 😉. Oh yeah and our children get learn about Jesus, not Drag Queens and Trannies.

Absolutely Zachary. We schooled four children at home. Three of them were self employed in their mid to late teens. It’s expensive financially and time wise but most definitely worth it. I’m still waiting for a refund on all that government school tax money that did not prosper my family. We are in your corner my friend. Slow the roll and enjoy your family. Be good to the momma. They are incredible. May God bless you and your crew my friend. Dad

@@KyleRoyerKnives thank you for the reply and encouragement :-). Yes, we are hoping someday the laws change where homeschool families get some of that state funding. Even if we don’t get to benefit from it directly I hope families that choose this path get to in the future. Keep up the good work and may God bless you all as well.

Was thinking, if you can make a dagger or big bilatelar knife, wich would be attachable to a staff, to serve as a spear with that connection. Probably some combination of screw/bayonet and a safe-knob, should do the trick. Another point - would LOVE to see luxurious damascus kukri knife/machete from your forge.
