That's not who Daniel 9 is referring to, and the covenant it's speaking of is the one made at the cross. Nothing about that prophecy is future. The 70 weeks were a probation period specifically for the Jews. Then after it ended those in captivity were released and returned to Jerusalem. It has nothing to do with the last days.
