So that means he gotta get stronger and gain muscle weight.getting stronger mean he gonna gain weight.muscles weigh more than fat... he develop that lower body strength, he will be able to handle d lineman easily... do you lift weights??l do, and lm big like Saints linebackers.and lm gaining weight too.
