the reason is because the current Mayor is helping Cornwood get his Sheriffs department open. Cornwood has even ignored the Mayor breaking the law because of the Sheriffs department. Cornwood is the actual Rat in the PD for the Mayor and Cornwood is too dumb to realize it and instead thinks "Im just great friends with the mayor and he would never screw us over" while there pay keeps getting lowered.

Everyone here complaining about cornwood, but he wasn't wrong. They have the turbos, people can ask for them they just haven't. I think cornwoods point was a turbo isn't enough incentive for being a good cop and wanted tuggz to suggest another reward option. At the end cornwood said he was voting for tuggz

"They" don't have turbos. Acornwood has turbos because he bought like 100 at the start of 4.0. They also don't ask him for them because they know he's going to want like 10k+ for them and if he loans the turbo and it gets stolen, that cop is just SOL. With a payrate of 800 an hour that's 12+ hours of on duty to pay it off. I don't think cops just need turbos handed out to them either though and IMO a turbo would have been the best incentive had Acornwood not monopolized the market in the PD. Beyond that, and I know this is RP but it's still kinda wacky to me, why do cops need to be incentivized to do good?

@@michaelblankenship4806 Except, Esfand makes excuses constantly for Cornwood's stupidity. Everything aside from Cornwood's appearance is Esfand. Logic, decisions, everything is the way Esfand himself actually thinks - that's the reason he malds out on stream when people criticize Cornwood. Because the two are one in the same. He absolutely used to be able to make fun decisions, but early 4.0 success, and his own narcissism (main character syndrome) made Cornwood an extension of his own ego. It's actually sad, because I was subbed to him for a long time but long streams grew longer, his subs were consistently over 10k-13k daily, even in the wee-hours in the morning. He ran out of direction for Cornwood, kept repeating in long 1-3 hour meetings with other cops/mayor about little alamo and he wants BSCO back and to be a sheriff again, it got tiresome and boring. Clearly I'm not the only one that thought that either, as his sub #'s have plummeted over the past few months while other RP's have seen their subs increase. Just disappointing really. He needs to take a break or something and figure out some goals for his character and better character development. Also, needs to stop taking drugs to pull the long streams.
