Will WD40 fix my wltoys A959 motor

Almost, but not quite Taz! Seems like the brushes or commutator are bunt-out - if you can clean them up it might live again! Try spinning the rotor by hand to get it spinning! :))

Unlucky that it didn't work and the heat shield does come off ,just use a pair of pliers mate, you will be made up when you get your A959B , 😁

lol i try wd40 on everything pmsl.....electrical contact cleaner sprayed in the back might free her up abit then run her in a cup of water for 5 minutes...it will clean the inside hopefully freeing her up like new again

Electrical contact cleaner? I'll give that a go cheers mate. Yeah I always use wd40. I use it on my misses when she's not working right too 🤣🤣
