Jimmy the heat exchanger is only overkill because of the absolutely tiny stock heat exchanger in the supercharger lid!
@BillMike69 Жыл бұрын
FYI, you don't want your super charger belt too tight. When the super charger heats up it will expand and lift making the belt tighter. The expansion may make the belt too tight and wear out the pulley bearing on the supercharger. It's bad all together. I love lamp.

You should try to mount the fuel pressure sensor somewhere on the chassis versus on the engine. These sensors don't like the vibrations...I've gone through 2 sensors within a couple of months on my LS drift car.

Hey Jimmy. In the LS world you should have y'ed off at the back of the fuel rails for the feeds to come in then crossed over the fronts to the regulator for more even fuel pressure to the rails. Just what everyone usually does on LS boosted applications.

Aeroquip makes a high pressure line that I used on my power steering. Part number is FCG0603. May be easier than having to go to a hydraulic shop. Fragola also has power steering AN fittings that I used with the hose.
@CaleMessner Жыл бұрын
You could always put a 90° fitting on that 10 bar link sensor and face it upwards, would look better than sticking out of the rail at a funky angle

if you weren't under a major time crunch AN radiator hoses would be the move also, if cooling is an issue you should think about running and intercooler water spray system. LZ had it on one of his cars a few years ago.. R32 sedan maybe. Subaru STI used to come with them from the factory. but if you had a gallon tank in the trunk filled with ice water to spray on the heat exchanger and radiator you'd definitely keep temps down while turning lots of laps
