There’s an Air Force base in central Wisconsin that tests a bunch of bomb testing. I was night fishing on a lake a couple miles south of the base when I noticed a white light shooting up into the sky. I didn’t think much of it other than it looked like it was going faster than anything I’d seen before. Then it started doing something that I can’t explain. It stopped on a dime and sat completely still for about 10 seconds then began going back towards earth slower than it had come up. It then started blinking but every time it “blinked” it would appear in a new location. It never jumped more than a quarter mile but it would turn left and right at 90 degree angles and at one point even went straight backward along the path it came. The whole thing lasted maybe 2 minutes and ended when the thing blinked and was just gone, never saw it again

Haven’t seen aliens, but I have seen the “nocturnal lights” phenomenon. A few minutes after, multiple helicopters were flying in the same direction the orbs shot off in. This was back when I was 13 and sober in San Jose. No blinking lights, very erratic movement, high speeds and they seemed to rotate around one another at will. I've seen something similar. I was on a rather remote beach in the middle of winter, and there was little to no light pollution. A blue orb appeared in the sky before shooting off at a speed and trajectory I can't even explain. I know a firework when I see one, and this was far from it. It just appeared in the sky and zoomed off as quickly as it came. All 4 of us there saw it, and we simply could not explain it. Thank goodness I wasn't the only witness that night. The issue I think is that many people think that aliens are coming from another planet or even galaxy traveling through space in some linear mode. If that was the case, the aliens would have to leave their planet a long long time ago just to get to us during our era of technological development and understanding to even interact with us in a meaningful way. Who knows, maybe they were already here and we missed them! Or maybe, just maybe, this whole universe and the deal with "space and time" is simply a small slice of reality that we occupy, and that there are sentient beings that somehow have access to a form of "travel" that we don't comprehend. I started following this 60 years ago with Barney and Betty Hill. Nothing Ever Changes. Lots of compelling testimony, photos, film and now video but no final confirmation. About every 10 years or so the govt, puts out a report that for the most part they can explain what's going but there is a small percentage of cases they cannot explain. This is where we were in the 60's, 70's when Spielberg's Close Encounters was in theaters, 80's, 90', 00's,10's to today. I had a very odd encounter with something I can’t explain tonight. I was watching the meteor shower in WA with my roommate, we saw a couple shooting stars. About 30 mins go by , and we both spot weird movement in the sky. It was almost as if there were a formation of birds but it was translucent/see through. As the seconds went by we each watched as it passed between us and the clouds with a sort of a cloak that made it see through. I couldn’t believe my eyes, I had to have blinked 100 times. No glowing lights, sounds, or scattered path. I’ve seen nothing like it in my life. No weather pattern, aircraft, etc. Both my roommate and I are still pretty shocked, and don’t know what to think it was. I’ll always remember this day for the rest of my life as it will have me wondering what did I really see. Maybe one day it will be known

Most of humanity will make in contact with cosmic beings in our life times. It's already happening to many in all ways of life. Thinking that only military or scientists are reliable witnesses is extremely limiting. I am an aerospace scientist myself, but with 40 years of experiences in "the Twilight zone", since I saw a small UFO appearing, glowing, spinning, disappearing 30 feet in front of me in 1983 in Italy. 6 more sightings have followed so far, some caught on tape, involving objects of different shapes and colors. Many higher dimensional beings don't use any technology at all: they can manipulate energy/matter effortlessly with their minds. I don't do CE5 and I would recommend some caution with that. I know people with good experiences with it, though. We, as humans, function as antennas emitting signals at frequencies that can attract any kind of entity (including good and evil humans 😉) and experience who resonate closely with our own frequency. It is of fundamental importance to be in a good emotional state (joy, enthusiasm, compassion, gratitude, love) when seeking contact in order to have a chance to attract benevolent beings. Fear, anger, depression, ego tend to attract negative entities that can affect our mind, body and emotions. I have my own "safe" practices, I know how to protect myself and others meditating with me, and my goal is to help people connect to benevolent beings for healing purposes. I can "see" some of the beings to whom we connect and I can also "see" malevolent spirits when they are around. I need to close my eyes and focus in order to do that effectively, but it takes me seconds not minutes. There are many with similar abilities in my circle of acquaintances (including an ex colleague, astrophysicist ex N-A-S-A) and in spiritual so-called "New Age" groups. Among the benevolent beings we connect to, there are light beings from Arcturus Pleiades, Sirius, Antares, Lyra, Vega, Andromeda Galaxy, Central Sun (golden beings who are made of pure energy). They are mostly humanoids sometimes with animal (e.g. feline, avian, cetacean, dragon) features or at least this is how they project their image into our minds. I did not throw up or anything, but had some interesting visuals and connection to the spirit of the plant).

Some live among us. Worked at a private company under contract in the west coast and within that time of first two months two individuals were spotted only for a short period of time, cooperating with the company of whom were very tall, wearing black suits with black shades with lots of W,X,Y, and Z's on their name tag. You would think that the military might be involved but it's apparently private companies cooperating with them and their experiments and technology. Some would call it "meat suits" as their real form wasn't revealed to the party present. Some say they live underground including caves while others think they are just mining the materials there while teleporting into the air or space whenever they felt like it. They seem to not have any interest in our society or our daily lives, however, they do seem to be interested in our planet and our consciousness mind or "souls" which might explain abductions. It's possible that they will finally reveal themselves when the world is ending, maybe due to nuclear war or some sort of global disaster. With that said, one thing to note is that they did warn about not accepting "gifts" from others, which could mean other species of alien race and this was discovered from deciphering crop circles. One speculation of these "gifts" could be their technology.

I worked at the facility in Southern California, though I didn't see anything eztra terrestrial I did saw some creepy stuff. There actually WAS a very well known incident near Minot, ND where a missile silo was shut down by an orb of some kind. No nukes can go out of earth atmosphere without being sent back down to earth as a Defused nuke. My uncle was in the navy and a test launch an something shot light at the nuke from multiple angles and the bomb fell back to earth and wasn’t able to detonate.. if they are out there seems they want us to not destroy planets or space or our own. I agree with joe, if they wanted stuff here or wanted to take it they could obviously do so as they see fit. But they could’ve wiped us out already if it’s a theory on if they are hostile or not. But they launched nukes out of the atmosphere for testing them in space or it was for seeing if it can orbit the earth an aim an navigate to a potential target. But it’s a thing many of those instances say the same or similar story. Not sure if everyone was there first hand on the ship or launch site. But it was military testing. Gave me a neat thought an sparked research. Turns out any nation who has sent a nuke out of the atmosphere have experienced the same thing. I wouldn't believe in 'Bigfoot' if I hadn't seen one within 10 feet. Myself, my brother, my dad, my friend and his dad all saw one up close in the mid 80's in Arkansas. It was hiding under a bridge next to our house. We thought it was a bear at first but it was HUGE and smelled super musty. We were on top of the bridge trying to flush it out ( thinking it was a bear). It ran out from under the bridge upright at about 9 ft tall and down the creek bed and into the Ouachita National Forest. It was super fast and it busted right through small trees and thick brush. True story.

The most plausible answer to the "tic tac" incident involving Commander Fraver is that it was a drone made by Skunk Works or a similar team. It's the perfect situation to test the tech against experienced pilots, how they react, engagement tactics, etc. And of course it knew the rally point, same team. Extraterrestrials don't need to play games with us, that's what humans do to other humans.
