@@manishrathore8644 GM hey. Yea success ki baath nahi. Vaisey tho anpad bhi successful bahaut ho jaathey hey. Aur educated unsuccessful. Ok. GM is everytime a brand exposed to all national & international guest & clients. Chefs are mostly not front players but mostly in production area. He comes out very rare and is not destined to communicate with all guest all the time. But a GM must. So language is important whereby the guest standing opposite to him understands wha t he is saying.This is very important as a GM of Hotel especially 5 star. I am not trying to degrade him or trying to challenge his ability efficiency or quality. But I just said what I felt as a customer point of view. As I could not understand at all what he was communicating.

Why own restaurants! ? Why not a good salary? Will seeing and talking to celebs give employees the ability to leave a good life during any life issue?!?! But getting a good salary helps people to save more and spend those during difficult times. And what army and cruize captain! Just compare their salary! After spending so much money on hotel management course they are getting only 10 to 17 thousand per month salary, even sometimes less than 10 k! Whereas engineering students and other graduates are getting about 18 to 30k per month salary. Even in the COVID 19, there were no responsibilities taken by this industry, instead of protecting and supporting the employees they started to go for layoffs. What kind of industry is this!!! They say their business is very down but if people look at the prices then we can see the hike in the food price and they are selling their foods via home delivery companies. And delivery has increased due to the pandemic.
