Will You Follow The Call? - 1 Kings

If we have everything the world has to offer but we don’t have the call of God, we are empty. If you think I am exaggerating, just look at the lives of people who seem to have it all together. Look at the life of those who reach the peak of success. They say things like, “I have everything I’ve ever wanted. I am the best there is in my field. But why do I feel like my life is empty and meaningless?” Do you know why? Because we need the call. We must have the call. We must hear the call of our Creator who has built us for his purpose. If we don’t have that call, then it doesn’t matter what we accomplish, it doesn’t matter how much we have, our life is meaningless.
