I've watched Charles for years. There was a point in my life where his videos helped me through a lot of awful times I was experiencing. I prayed for him through his brain surgery and hoped he would pull through everything. His relationship with Ali was, let's be honest, very routine. Something happened even long before they were married where it didn't even seem like there was a spark anymore. Watching him with Allie is so much different. You can see the love they actually have for each other, while with Ali it was a rare moment to even see a kiss. I really feel like this is his person, he loves her so much and it's so nice to see him this happy.

I find it so amazing how so many people expect life/relationships to be perfect. I've been SO happily married to my soul mate for 26 years...but I was in several serious relationships (engaged once) before I met my husband. And he was married before as well. For some, it takes a while to find that right person. I know of very few people who have married their first love. I think this relationship will last. Charles and Allie are older, they've both experienced a lot of life. I think they're both ready to commit long term. Life is ever changing, folks. Hopefully amid all of that change we can find happiness. I wish Charles and Allie all the best.

I'm gonna be honest when I saw this video in my subscription box I was kinda not looking forward to watching. I immediately thought about Charles' first marriage and how I haven't really even gotten used to watching these vlogs with allie in them so much. ( I really haven't even been watching them much all together anymore ) but as I was watching this video and saw how much char cares about her and how different his new relationship is, I couldn't help but smile like an idiot and be so happy for not only Charles since I've been a subscriber for about 4 years now, but him and allie. How happy they are together. I still know that my opinion doesn't really matter and that the channel will change and go on whether I'm here or not but I'm so so glad that I've finally understood and see how the vlogs have changed. I will always be here for Charles and I'm happy as long as he continues to be as well. (Thanks if you read that ik it's a lot)

For everyone commenting that he shouldn't be getting remarried I have a story for you- my dad was married twice before my mom both marriages lasting less than 2 years then he met my mom , they dated for 3 months and got married and now have been married for 25 years and have 4 children one college graduate one currently in college and two in high school, don't judge a book by its cover . Every relationship doesn't work out but that doesn't mean this one won't. I hope they have a long and beautiful relationship!
