i think what makes youz guys channel so good is how natural and genuine you come across. some of the other "sailing" channels seem like scripted, low budget reality shows with bad actors. you both obviously have ocean and life skills but make it seem like anyone can quit their desk job, buy a boat that needs serious work, and head to the bahamas. keep on keepin' on.

Like it’ll scar our youth’s delicate emotions. Where do parents want their kids to think their fish sticks come from? And... for the record. Pasta and its associated carbs are a great source of energy. They’re only bad if you have a desk job, and don’t burn all of the energy you put in your mouth. Keep ‘em coming, cap’. You should be careful of the starch, but you can rinse a bunch of that away.

Hell, I'd watch that--think of the possible programming: you could discuss the challenges of cooking onboard a boat (what are the tradeoffs/limitations, how is food storage different?), the availability of food (fresh seafood, produce in the tropics). Different cooking options (stove, microwave, solar oven), etc. Eating healthy/balancing choices with opportunities for physical activity. I'm serious--I'd watch that in a heartbeat. Anyway, thanks for another fun episode. Oh, quick recipe idea: pasta tossed with olive oil, fresh garlic, onions, salt and pepper. Or, a freshly prepared basil pesto--also a fairly healthy alternative.

Have you considered having quart sized ball or mason jar throw in seeds for bean sprouts a bit of water 2 sprout when sprouting and the add a few more seeds so you have multi day harvesting then fry up provolone cheese in pan till lacy and crisp on edges only one side flip-carefully on good bread I don’t do mayo just mustard and I don’t eat meat so customize it for taste top with some of those sprouts. It’s very tasty and all one needs is one jar if u have screen rig that for air exchange or ice pick a few holes in lid. The seeds which can be put in stir fry salads or sandwiches and if you get mung beans hi protein too. In a very compact area like the cat a tiered widow box or even 2 liter bottles cut in half attach to board and bang 2 window boxes for spinach radishes etc. Even cherry tomatoes 🍅. If you’re interested in good bread 3 C self rising flour you can buy or make your own, 2-3 table spoons of sugar honey or agave, one bottle of beer. Mix put in loaf pan bake remove and rub entire loaf down with butter. I like a fuller body bock for bread but any will do. Great alone for sandwiches to make salad croutons bread pudding Mini pizzas or French toast. Just some ideas of foods you can keep on hand when larder is low that’s got nutrition versatile and taste. Hope I gave you some new ideas. Honest to gads utube is going too far I really wish you and other tuners would get together and sue them for harassment. How can it be okay to allow a hunting animal to catch and kill but you can’t filet a darn fish❓How it okay to have a factory for sex dolls their parts and they show how parts work and someone can’t feed a pet on yt and then it’s okay for others to feed pets and some not. Instead of water to rinse out what remained in the sauce jar, use red wine. You will never make a sauce without red wine again, I promise! You should let it simmer slowly for about 20 minutes though to cook down the alcohol and blend it together.

I really the the lifestyle you have. Living off the "land"...there's something so pure and attractive about that. Plus free diving looks soooo relaxing. I could watch underwater vids all day long. I'd probably lose a lot of weight and or starve since I have zero clue how to fish. I've always wanted to know how to filet a fish too, I wish we could see. All Hail The Bacon Gods!! Along with the bacon I think if you used sauce made with meat it would have an excellent flavor. Not much meat in the premade sauce jars so it wont kill your diet/calories. I used carrots for my homemade sauce years back. I think the carrots gave it some sweetness after it was cooked awhile to soften them up a bit. It was good. Was thinking about the Jetty incident. Maybe DIY a floating platform small enough (foldable?) to put in the dingy. Jetty can be taught to use the platform if she jumps out again. However it may encourage Jetty to become more bold. Just thinking here. Good video!
