Yes, agree. Maybe they are not just friends. We dont know whats going on on their heads. Maybe there is a speziel vibe. You can also see that in all interviews. They are always staring at each other and Support each other. I dont think that its only acting. Its something special.

I think that Wilhelm joining the choir, while sweet, is also a great little microcosm of some of his issues this season. Because while its great that he's quit rowing, the choir isn't actually any more "him" than rowing was (he doesn't like singing, and performing makes him anxious), so its like. He's trying to make his relationship with Simon fix everything, but all he's doing is putting a plaster over the real issue. Going to choir was cute, but it wasn't actually good for Wilhelm, the same way that them finally being together and couple-y this season was cute, but didn't fix the underlying issues that make their lives and relationship difficult.

Agree! It's really adorable in the sense that we finally get some cute Wilmon scenes of them just being in love and couple-y and getting to freely express that but it's also highlighting (at least to me anyway haha) that Wille has been controlled his entire life. What he wears, what he eats, what he studies, what events he goes to, what he can have on his body (no tattoos), how short he can cut his hair, and saddest of all (which this scene is emphasising) even what he likes. He's been conditioned to like everything that "a royal is supposed to like". And I think it's finally hitting Wille this season that he truly has no idea who he is outside of the crown. He doesn't know what he actually likes. When Simon suggested he choose something to support on his 17th birthday that he's passionate about instead of all the ones the crown has given him to choose from, he didn't have a clue because he's never had that choice. And when Simon suggested he pick an extra curricular he actually likes instead of rowing he didn't know what to choose. So he chose Simon. Simon is the first thing he's ever chosen for himself. Something that separates him from the crown and allows him to be the version of himself he's never been able to be before. Just so sad. The PRESSURE put on Wille this season has been so tough to watch. God I hope Wilhelm and Simon get a happy outcome at the end of all this because they so deserve it! (But I have a dreadful gut feeling that it's going to be a bittersweet finale tho.)

Wille has no right to hurt Simon because of his problems. This has a limit. He understands that Wille is hurt, but he is hurting Simon by also taking his anger out on him. Simon is giving up everything for Wille. The one who is selfish and spoiled is not Simon, who has always been sweet, kind and loving to Wille, even though he suffers from all the hateful comments he receives.
