Willem Dafoe is one of the few actors who always delivers a great performance. He never disappoints. Why he doesn’t have several Oscars by now is so perplexing. I have noticed from various interviews that Willem gets a bit prickly when people try to probe him on his older films. On his WTF Marc Maron interview he actually stopped him (I think when Platoon came up) and got a bit upset that he was asking not enough questions about his newer work. I can imagine it's frustrating as an actor to deal with questions about older movies but it's just interesting to see how differently actors react to those kinds of questions.
